The Key Population Advocacy Consortium (KPAC) implemented community-based HIV testing and prevention services in three provinces and community-led monitoring in the National Capital District expanding access to services and accelerating progress on the implementation of the Global Fund grants (UNAIDS Secretariat). This included 761 exit interviews with clients, predominantly people from key populations in 15 HIV clinics in National Capital District on their experience, quality, and friendliness of services; healthcare providers in 23 clinics improved their understanding of key populations, stigma, discrimination, and human rights received information materials on the same topics; more than 100 people living with HIV, sex workers, and transgender people were engaged in discussion around access and quality of services where they identified and recorded services barriers; and after the discussion some of the participants were referred to appropriate services. Results from these activities, including service delivery improvements were documented and shared with high-level government counterparts.
